§ 2-3. Willful and malicious damage to public property.

(a)

Authority. This section is enacted under the authority granted by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, as provided in section 18.2-138.1.

(b)

Violations and penalties. It is unlawful to willfully and maliciously damage or deface any public building, facility and/or personal property of the County of Lancaster, Virginia. The penalty for violation of this section shall be a class 1 misdemeanor.

(c)

Effective date. This section shall be effective on and after October 26, 1995.
